Heels (Open Level)
This workshop challenges both body and mind, focusing on the connection between movement and feeling. The class begins with a deep, dynamic warm-up designed to activate and open the body.
We then move into Heels foundations, covering the most essential technical elements while challenging balance and control: body posture, bevel, weight shifts, turnout, pointe, and more.
After warming up and working on technique, we continue with a choreography. It is broken down in detail, allowing students to fully understand the movement and intention. At the end of the class, participants have the opportunity to film the choreography as a beautiful memory of their progress.
Commercial (Open Level)
While the Heels workshop focuses on internal connection, the Commercial workshop explores the external side of performance—expressing yourself through movement. Key elements of this class are confidence, high-tempo energy, attitude, and playfulness.
The warm-up focuses on isolations, walks, and positions to prepare the body for performance. The choreography is fun, grounded, and dynamic, combining elements of showdance, urban Latin, and street styles.
Students are encouraged to film themselves during this workshop, as developing camerawork awareness and performance confidence is an essential part of the training.
